A useful starting point is the experience a member needs, rather than the size of the creator’s archive. Define the first outcome, the supporting lessons and where a learner can ask a question. A large library becomes more useful when a visitor can identify the next step.
Turn scattered media into an organized library
The Library product supports uploads and connected content sources, transcription, captions and search. Copilot assists with tagging, chapters and supporting writing. File Replace is described as updating a file while retaining the link, which can help maintain a published collection.
For a coaching programme, separate foundational lessons from dated session recordings. Use clear titles and review generated summaries for the terminology the members actually use.
