When updating a recording, check its references and linked materials as well as the media file. Keeping the URL stable does not automatically make every older worksheet accurate.

Keep the training material focused and current. If two lessons give different versions of a policy, revise the source rather than relying on the chatbot to decide which one is valid. Give members a clear route to a person when the answer is missing or depends on their particular circumstances.
A response in the creator’s style is not a guarantee that every detail is correct. Use recurring questions as clues about missing lessons, unclear navigation or material that needs updating.
Compare permanent upload usage with member capacity
The plan guide identifies upload limits as all-time allowances. Deleting a recording does not replenish them. Additional storage arrangements therefore need to be understood before importing an extensive back catalogue, even where the plan advertises unlimited members or playlists.
