Distinguish deployment assistance from store approval

The published changelog describes Android APK and AAB packaging, Apple Developer submission support and improved App Store submission errors. Some older quick-start text still labels direct publishing as forthcoming, so confirm the current release route in the project before planning a launch.

Generating a build or submitting it does not guarantee marketplace approval. Store accounts, application content and platform review remain separate concerns.
