Capture that fits the conversation
Notta provides several routes into the same working record. A meeting bot can join supported online calls, device-based capture offers a bot-free alternative, and uploaded files bring existing recordings into the workspace. The right route depends on where the conversation occurs and which audio the device can capture.
An interviewer may upload a completed recording, while a distributed team may use meeting capture alongside its calendar. Tell participants how the recording will be used and follow the organization's access rules. A bot-free interface changes the capture method; it does not remove responsibility for appropriate recording.
From audio to a usable transcript
Transcripts can be edited, searched and associated with speaker names. Time-stamped notes, playback speed controls and silence skipping help a reviewer return to a particular passage. Custom vocabulary on eligible plans supports recurring specialist terms, with language-specific conditions.
Speaker identification and summaries are useful starting points rather than authoritative minutes. Check names, numbers and commitments against the audio, especially where several speakers overlap. A polished sentence in a summary may hide uncertainty that remains audible in the original discussion.
Transcription, translation and bilingual capture are related but different functions. Notta supports a broad language catalog, but some translation modes have their own quotas or add-ons. Language availability alone does not mean unlimited simultaneous bilingual processing is included.

For a leadership presentation, verify that an action item still has the right owner and date. A visual deliverable should simplify the evidence without changing its meaning.
Monthly minutes are only one limit
The current Free comparison includes 120 transcription minutes per month but limits each conversation to three minutes. That materially qualifies the homepage's broad free-minute wording. Pro extends recording length and monthly minutes, while Business lists unlimited transcription alongside separate import and summary counts.
Notta Brain also uses AI Credits, with different actions consuming different quantities. An unlimited transcription label therefore does not mean unlimited generated presentations or cross-meeting questions. Translation services and additional Brain capacity can add to the selected subscription.

A workspace centralizes meeting content, with collaboration and administration varying by plan. Sharing, roles and destination integrations should fit the audience for each recording. An internal discussion and a client-ready summary do not necessarily belong to the same recipients.
Cancellation leaves paid access through the current period. The official FAQ says stored transcripts remain after downgrade, but Free access exposes only their opening three minutes. Export needed records before changing plans rather than assuming storage and full access are interchangeable.
